- We put every effort into giving them a feature presentation that lets them know what they are buying, what it will do for them, and raise their excitement about the vehicle.
- Give the customer a dealership, or "Shop Walk," that raises their excitement about doing business with you and shows them what sets you apart from other dealerships.
- Give a clear, straightforward presentation of figures.
- Confidently ask for the gross profit you need and deserve. (If we have done our job in counseling the customer, selecting the right vehicle for them, then you deserve to be properly paid.)
- We keep our promises, even when it hurts.
- Dealer is to approve all advertising.
- There is no right way to do the wrong thing.
How we don't do business at A.P.I.
- No deception!!
- Not revealing the "term" of a payment quote.
- Quoting payments with "money down" that isn't figured into the payment.
- Not disclosing that a payment is a "lease" or "balloon" payment.
